eGlint Presents at BARDA Accelerator Network Showcase in Chicago
eGlint participated in the BARDA Accelerator Network Showcase in Chicago as a member of the 2026 BioTools Innovator VANGUARD cohort. CEO Robert Georgantas and founder/COO Denis Malyshev represented the company, which was among those invited to present a poster.
The presentation highlighted ProteoCare™ and ProteoHome™, eGlint’s point-of-care and home-testing systems in development, and their potential applications in rapid testing for pandemic preparedness. The poster generated discussions with government representatives, industry experts, and fellow innovators about expanding access to protein testing.
A recurring theme was the importance of workflow simplicity. Across its platform, eGlint is developing approaches that minimize sample handling and manual steps, with the goal of reducing opportunities for error and operator-dependent variability. This design principle extends from testing on existing laboratory instruments to future point-of-care and home applications.
Through VANGUARD, eGlint benefits from access to subject-matter experts with experience in technology development, market needs, and commercialization. Their guidance and knowledge of relevant programs support the company’s ongoing product development and partnership efforts.
